Palacio Duhau - Park Hyatt Buenos Aires is the ideal venue for meetings that make a real impact. Three meeting rooms, four boardrooms and a ballroom provide the ideal setting for elegant meetings for anything up to 300 people. All meeting rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art meeting technology which, combined with exceptional fine dining options and luxuriously appointed rooms, guarantees a truly impressive meeting experience every time.
With 915 m2 / 9850 ft2 of flexible facilities, including a 300 square m2 / 3200 ft2 ballroom and smaller meeting rooms, Palacio Duhau – Park Hyatt Buenos Aires can accommodate everything from small gatherings and strategic board meetings for twelve to weddings, conferences, and events for up to 300 people.
Meeting rooms are located in the Posadas building, except the Salon Privado, which is the only meeting room located in the Palace. The hotel will have different spaces for pre-function areas with different capacities. Private events can be held in the ballroom of the hotel, Salón Posadas, with ample natural light, and six meeting rooms, including three boardrooms, all of which are equipped with the latest technology. Meeting rooms can be combined or separated depending on client needs. The garden is also available for outdoor events and cocktail receptions.
All meeting rooms will provide state-of-the-art meeting technology including wi-fi and high-speed Internet access, soundproof walls, and individual sound and lighting equipment, audiovisual specialists on-site, and personalized service with dedicated meeting professionals on location.
